Partners in Stewardship

Partners in Stewardship

Many different entities, both public and private, are property owners of land encompassed by the Hamilton-Trenton-Bordentown Marsh.  This makes coordination of Marsh stewardship a challenging task.  Friends for the Marsh works with representatives of these public and industrial landowners, as well as our parent organization, D&R Greenway Land Trust, as members of the Cooperative Stewardship Council.  The purpose of the Council is to further the goals developed together by these diverse partners in support of the  Cooperative Stewardship Plan for the Marsh.

Partners who participated in development of the Plan are:

City of Bordentown

County of Mercer*

Delaware & Raritan Canal Commission*
