50 paddlers attended this Great "Educational" Marsh event. The paddling trip was sponsored by the Outdoor Club of South Jersey. We were greeted by 10 additional attendees at Roebling Park including  Brian Hughes, Mercer Country Executive. We had a nice walk from Watson Woods to Spring Lake with Jim Consolloy featuring trees.

Hotdogs & Veggie Burgers by George Fluck, organized by Leona Fluck....other food by attendees.

 

The Marsh was colorful with the bright yellow of Bur Marigold and beginnings of the autumn decline of chlorophyll ....Redwings in the Wild Rice. Blue skies...and an Eagle!!
